Amazingly efficient management of the covid vaccination scheme, a broad infrastructure plan, the promise of a new social contract... can Joe Biden's approach to America's politics, economics and social issues really be likened to his illustrious predecessor FDR's?

Keep in mind though that, beyond the flattering parallel, Biden's proposals will undoubtedly be met with a reality check: he does not have an actual majority in the Senate and is extremely unlikely to see all his reforms approved and passed by Congress without long and hard-fought for compromises and negotiations.
